What a preorder means here
All first-drop purchases are preorders. The product is not in stock and has not been manufactured yet. Your payment funds the first production run.
Shipping windows
First-drop preorders run on an extended timeline: fulfillment takes materially longer than a normal in-stock purchase, because your order is part of the first production run. Where we publish an estimated window, it is a window (not a date) and we state its basis. The exact timeline language shown at your checkout is recorded with your order and will not be silently changed. Until a specific window is published, the operative promise is: extended timeline, regular progress updates, cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund.
Delays
If the window slips by more than 14 days, we notify you proactively by email with (a) the new estimate and its reason, and (b) a one-click full-refund option. Per US FTC Mail/Internet Order rules, material delays always come with a refund choice.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund to the original payment method: one email to support, processed within 7 business days.
Product accuracy
Pre-production imagery is concept art and is labeled as such. Final production details (stitching, label placement, exact shade) may vary slightly.
